New Members

Food Distribution

Here's the Second Harvest food distributions schedule for 2026 - our 10th year!  Everyone with a food need is welcome between 9:00 and 11:00 am on the listed Saturdays.  Volunteers are greatly appreciated any time between 7:30 and noon.

Women's Bible Study and Fellowship

Laurel J. led the study “Anxious for Nothing – Finding Calm in a Chaotic World” by Max Lucado.  The study is complete, but a new one will be starting this fall, time and topic TBD. Non-members are welcome, so it's a great opportunity to invite a neighbor.  Call the office to get on the list.
 

Berea Future

The Berea Future Team has been investigating options for revitalizing our ministry, most recently meeting with leaders from Woodbury, Mt. Calvary, and Redemption.  Here's a Lutheran Witness article discussing typical mutli-congregation parish options.  Watch The Eager Berean newsletter for updates, talk to team members, review these documents and links, see Woodbury documents in the Fireside Room, browse the Woodbury Lutheran website, and if at all possible attend one of their worship services.  Watch for another congregational meeting this fall.  If you have questions or would like to be part of the team, talk to Paul H. or Pastor Tiaden.
